Strathcona County homeowners deal with continuous flooding
Residents in the southeast Edmonton community of Jubilee Landing have been working through days of localized flooding after repeated heavy rains in June. Storm drains are struggling to keep up, and some homeowners are left trapped by waist-high water. Kayla Nessel had to buy a paddleboard just to leave her front door. She is pleading to both Strathcona County and Parkbridge, the property management company, for help. Gates Guarin has the story.
