This year’s program involves five companies—Noroo Paint, JustPeace Foundation, Fursys Group, Hanwha Hotels & Resorts, and Hyundai Motor Group—as demand companies and collaboration partners. Five arts startups, each established within the past 10 years, will be selected to conduct one-on-one collaborations with these companies.
The demand companies have proposed collaborative projects tailored to their respective industry characteristics. These include brand experience based on spatial design, climate peace and world heritage protection campaigns, tailored direction in 3D and virtual spaces, room and idle space-based experiential services, and planning with a lunar exploration concept.
The selected arts enterprises will be provided with 40 million KRW per company in commercialization funds to implement their collaboration projects, along with dedicated moderating, expert consulting, and corporate promotion opportunities. The intent is to connect the creative ideas and expertise of arts companies with the business domains of private companies, discovering new business models and verifying the potential for market expansion.
An official from the Arts Management Support Center stated, “We expect this to provide new business opportunities for arts enterprises and offer private companies a chance to infuse artistic imagination into their brands and spaces. We will work to establish a win-win model for the mutual growth of art and industry.”
Applications can be submitted through the National Subsidy Integrated Management System ‘e-Naradoum’, and further details are available on the Arts Management Support Center website.
