Egypt's Exits MENA To Acquire Avanz Capital Egypt In Multi-Seven
Egyptian investment platform Exits MENA has signed a multi-seven-figure deal to acquire Avanz Capital Egypt (ACE), a private equity and asset management firm, subject to final regulatory approval.
Founded in 2022 by Mohamed Abuelnaga Nagaty, Ayman El Tanbouly, and Ahella El Saban, the Egypt-based company provides investment and advisory services to startups and SMEs and has expanded into seven global markets.
Exits MENA has established more than 75 international partnerships, launched three investment-readiness programmes, and supported over 2,000 businesses across the region. ACE CEO and Managing Director Haytham Wagih and the existing management team will remain in place following the acquisition.
The deal is part of Exits MENA’s strategy to build an integrated financial group serving investors, startups, SMEs, and financial institutions across Egypt and MENA.
