Saliba was casually jogging back into his own half with the ball when he pulled up lame and immediately took a seat on the ground, appearing to reach for the back of his left leg. He was replaced by Crystal Palace center back Maxence Lacroix.
The 25-year-old has been nearly ever-present for Arsenal since breaking into the first team during the 2022-23 season. He appeared in 43 games and played more than 3,700 minutes between the Premier League and Champions League this season, winning the former and finishing runners-up to PSG for the latter.
More updates on Saliba's injury status when available.
