Treaty One powwow moves ahead after teepee poles vandalized

Indigenous traditions were celebrated at Naawin-Oodena, Canada's largest urban reserve, over the weekend as dancers and drummers donned regalia for a powwow. The fifth edition of the annual event started with a setback after the poles of a teepee had to be replaced after the original set was found slashed in half on Friday.
