The Musical Ride marks more than 150 years on horseback
The celebrated RCMP Musical Ride is almost as old as Canada itself. Chief Instructor Sgt. Derek Quilley says the show is an important symbol of the country and that the special sunset ceremonies performed in Ottawa this week ahead of Canada Day are pure "Canadiana." (June 28, 2026)
