Techstars and Justworks Announce Partnership to Help Founders Focus on Growing their Businesses, not Back-Office Operations
Techstars is partnering with Justworks to give portfolio founders discounted access to payroll, benefits, and HR support, so they can spend less time on back-office operations and more time growing their companies.
Techstars is partnering with Justworks to offer portfolio founders access to comprehensive payroll, benefits, and HR support so they can spend less time on operational overhead and more time scaling their companies.
The partnership will provide Techstars portfolio companies with discounted access to Justworks’ platform, dedicated onboarding support, and 24/7 customer support, no matter what stage of business they’re at.
"We do everything we can to help our portfolio companies grow," said Techstars Founder & CEO David Cohen. "With Justworks handling the operational infrastructure that can steal critical building hours from our founders every week, they can focus on product, GTM, and scaling their companies.”
Justworks helps handle the complexity of compliance, tax administration, benefits management, HR consulting, global hiring, and payroll end-to-end. Founders wear so many hats, and “HR expert” shouldn’t have to be one of them if they don’t want it to be. Justworks provides certainty where it matters most so founders can focus on their core business priorities and what inspired them to start a business in the first place.
Justworks meets growth-stage founders where they are, adapting and anticipating their needs to build the best platform and be the best partner to them as they scale. The company recently launched its MCP, allowing founders to accomplish Justworks work in the AI tools they’re using every day.
"Justworks exists to help founders grow their businesses with confidence,” said Justworks’ Chief Revenue Officer John Belle. “Partnering with Techstars to bring our platform and partnership to their founders is a great opportunity for us to support more high-growth startup journeys."
