Swansea City transfer news: Swans close in on deal for Motherwell's Elijah Just
Elijah Just scored a double against Iran at the World Cup
Swansea City are close to agreeing a deal to sign Motherwell's New Zealand international winger Elijah Just.
The 26-year-old played in all three of the All Whites' games at this summer's World Cup and scored three goals.
Championship side Swansea will have to pay a sizeable fee - and break Motherwell's club record for a sum collected - to secure the services of Just, who has also been linked with Celtic.
Just joined Motherwell in 2025 having spent the majority of his career playing in Denmark.
He made 43 appearances for the Fir Park club, scored seven goals and was nominated for Premiership player of the year.
Just would join fellow New Zealand international Marko Stamenic at Swansea should he complete a move to Wales.
He would also be reunited with summer signing Stephen Welsh, who spent last season on loan at Motherwell from Celtic.
