Legal support will focus on venture companies that have relatively limited access to relevant infrastructure. The partners will provide legal information and advisory services tailored to each growth stage—covering company formation, fundraising, contracts, and intellectual property rights—and will jointly operate legal education programs and briefing sessions for ventures and startups.

Song Byung-joon, chairman of the Korea Venture Business Association, said, "For ventures and startups to build global competitiveness and leap forward as unicorn companies, not only technological innovation but also smooth fundraising and a solid legal foundation are essential." He added, "Through cooperation with LKB & Pyeongsan's Financial Law Center, which has expertise in financial and corporate law, we will resolve the legal difficulties faced by companies on the ground and take the lead in creating an innovative finance ecosystem and realizing productive finance."

Jeon Hyun-jung, head of LKB & Pyeongsan's Financial Law Center, said, "Ventures and startups are the future of South Korea. We must create an environment where ventures and startups can take root easily." She emphasized, "This requires a holistic approach that encompasses both finance and law." She added, "We aim to expand the venture ecosystem by combining the association's long experience with the legal expertise of LKB & Pyeongsan's Financial Law Center."

Lee Kwang-bum, chairman of LKB & Pyeongsan's board of directors, said, "Ventures and startups that pioneer new paths are the most reliable growth engine of our economy." He added, "I hope today's agreement will serve as a sturdy support so that venture companies do not stop in front of legal and institutional barriers, and further become a foundation for South Korean ventures to expand globally."

The two organizations plan to establish detailed implementation plans for each area of the agreement and then progressively pursue joint seminars and customized legal support programs for startups.
