Singapore environmental services firm GEBE Environmental Technology withdraws $19 million US IPO
GEBE Environmental Technology, which provides environmental improvement and sustainability-focused services in Singapore, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Friday. It had filed papers in June 2025, which it most recently revised in January to raised $19 million by offering 3.8 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6.Primary shareholders include co-founders and spouses Joyce Toh and Steven Tay. The Singapore-based company was founded in 1991 and booked $9 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2025. It had planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol GEBE. Cathay Securities was set to be the sole bookrunner on the deal.
