Collapsed trade negotiations
Talks between the U.S. and Canada over a new trade deal broke down on Friday which triggered new 50% U-S tariffs on billions of dollars in Canadian exports along with the federal government's promise to trigger retaliatory tariffs on U.S. imports starting September 8th.
