Researchers tracking transmissible catfish cancer in Quebec and N.B.
Postdoctoral fellow Zoe Clarke says she believes lab results expected in the next few weeks will show brown bullhead catfish with dark spots seen for years in New Brunswick have the same transmissible cancer discovered in a lake at the Quebec-Vermont border. (Aug. 6, 2026)
