Niyo to acquire Capital India’s RemitX forex business for Rs 11.4 crore
Travel fintech Niyo has agreed to acquire Capital India Finance’s RemitX foreign exchange business for Rs 11.4 crore, adding a network of 32 branches and more than 2,500 distribution partners as it expands its cross-border payments business.The transaction will be undertaken through Kanji Forex, Niyo’s wholly owned subsidiary, and will also bring the RemitX brand and more than 200 employees into the company.
