New Frontiers in Information Management: Artificial Intelligence and Data Analysis
On Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (Brasilia time, UTC-3), BIREME/PAHO/WHO will hold the session “New Frontiers in Information Management: Artificial Intelligence and Data Analysis” as part of the “BIREME 2026: New Releases and Updates” program.
The session will present initiatives developed by BIREME to expand access to, organization, analysis, and use of scientific health information, with emphasis on artificial intelligence applications and data analysis tools designed to strengthen knowledge management.
During the webinar, initiatives focused on the organization and representation of information through artificial intelligence will be presented, along with an interactive dashboard for analyzing scientific output in Traditional, Complementary, and Integrative Medicine (TCIM), developed within the framework of cooperation between BIREME and the World Health Organization.
Professionals and institutions involved in the production, management, dissemination, and use of scientific and technical health information, including:

The sessions bring together specialists and guests to present strategic initiatives, promote the exchange of experiences, and encourage the use of innovative technologies and methodologies for the benefit of health systems in the Region of the Americas.
