MEF seeks 25 contract staff for Techo Startup Center
The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) is seeking to recruit 25 contract staff members for the Techo Startup Center (TSC) before the end of the month, according to a MEF news release on Friday.
The open positions span software development, mobile application development, data center engineering, digital product management, and economic and legal research.
The positions are open to full-time contract staff, with successful candidates offered competitive salaries based on their roles, experience and qualifications.
Interested applicants must submit a curriculum vitae, cover letter and relevant supporting documents by October 30 at 5pm. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an in-person interview, according to the release.
Applicants can find further details about the positions at tsc.gov.kh/career.
The announcement comes as the TSC, a public institution under the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) dedicated to building a vibrant digital startup ecosystem and driving tech-driven economic growth, has announced numerous mentorship and accelerator programs this year.
Some of the current programmes under the auspices of the TSC include the National Strategy on Startup Development (2026–2030), a five-year roadmap for nurturing entrepreneurs and scaling competitive businesses in partnership with the Digital Economy and Business Committee (DEBC) and the Reverse Innovation Cohort 6 (RI6), which selected 9 Cambodian startups for a three-month acceleration phase.
The TSC has provided approximately $369,000 in financial assistance to 179 businesses through July of this year, supporting digital transformation and startup development as part of the government’s efforts to strengthen economic resilience.
