Global Proptech Summit 2026 to Be Held in Riyadh This October
More than 200 speakers and 100 exhibitors are expected to take part in the two-day event.
The third Global Proptech Summit will take place in Riyadh on October 25th and 26th, 2026, bringing together technology leaders, investors and real estate professionals from around the world to explore the future of property technology.
Hosted by the Real Estate General Authority under the theme 'Scaling Intelligence', the summit will be held at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Hotel under the patronage of Minister of Municipalities and Housing and Chairman of the Real Estate General Authority Majed Al-Hogail.
Organisers expect the event to attract more than 200 speakers from 85 countries, alongside over 100 exhibitors. The programme will feature more than 50 panel discussions and 40 specialised workshops.
Sessions will examine topics including artificial intelligence in asset management and operations, digital twins, immersive real estate experiences, digital platforms and marketplaces, smart and sustainable assets, human-centred property technologies, affordable housing solutions, future asset classes and Saudi Arabia's growing role as a testing ground for robotics technologies.
