Exiger Powers Up Supply Chain Platform with Advanced AI

After an investment from some heavy-hitting players, Exiger, the supply chain AI company, has completed its AI transformation by upgrading its 1Exiger tech stack with 1Exiger.ai. The new platform is designed “to allow customers to harness the agility of AI for supply chain, procurement and compliance tasks,” the company said in a statement.

The upgrade was made possible through a partnership with investors Carlyle, Insight Partners and JMI Equity—the investment firms that poured $1.2 billion into Exiger so the company can make key acquisitions to bolster its AI capabilities.

“1Exiger.ai.,1Exiger’s enhanced AI execution layer, is built on Exiger’s new AI product development lifecycle (AI-PDLC), enabling continuous development, deployment and scale while leveraging Exiger’s leading data, domain expertise and secure infrastructure,” the company said in a statement.

AI-PDLCs are specialized frameworks and software tools used to manage an artificial intelligence or machine learning product from the solution’s initial concept through deployment and long-term maintenance. This results in greater efficiencies and faster implementation.

Exiger said the investments it made significantly expanded the proprietary data assets “beyond the commercially available data typically used by large language models (LLMs) and off-the-shelf tools. Since then, Exiger has pursued continuous innovation and, at the beginning of this year, embarked on a complete AI-led re-platform of its business.”

Brandon Daniels, Exiger CEO, said that with the AI-PDLC, the company was able to execute this platform upgrade rapidly, “integrating the most advanced agentic AI capabilities in just months and creating a platform for the ongoing release of new functionality on a daily and even hourly basis.”

The company said its flagship product, 1Exiger, has evolved from a leading supply chain risk solution into a centralized AI platform, which helps organizations manage their operating network in a variety of ways. “This AI-native release hardens Exiger’s market position, combining the largest supply chain knowledge asset with three trillion data points, deep expertise from long-term, complex use cases and trusted deployment in highly regulated environments.”

Daniels said capacity to “revolutionize markets by building fit-for-purpose tooling and proprietary data into cutting-edge agentic workflows” will allow the company to not only dominate its core supply chain, readiness, trade compliance and procurement markets, but also reach into new ones.
