Endeavor opens Singapore global hub to help startups scale overseas

Global entrepreneurial network Endeavor has launched its first Asia-Pacific Global Hub in Singapore, aiming to help founders expand internationally by connecting them with mentors, investors, and business partners through its worldwide network.

The Singapore hub, supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG), will serve as a gateway for entrepreneurs building cross-border businesses while helping Singapore-based startups access Endeavor’s network across more than 50 countries.

The initiative expands Endeavor’s presence in Asia-Pacific and builds on its portfolio of Singapore-based companies, including Advance Intelligence Group, Carousell, Carro, ShopBack, and StashAway.

Through the Global Hub, founders will gain access to Endeavor’s network of more than 3,000 entrepreneurs, alongside strategic introductions, mentorship, fundraising support, and partnerships with organizations such as Amazon Web Services, Carta, and Aspire.

The hub will also provide access to Endeavor’s MatchCap program, which connects founders with global investors through curated fundraising roadshows, as well as industry-focused engagements offering market insights and sector expertise.

“As founders increasingly build companies with global ambitions from day one, they need a base that offers frictionless access to capital, talent, and market opportunities,” Endeavor said in announcing the launch.

The organization is also introducing several programs designed to support startups at different stages of growth.

Among these is the Unicorn Builder Program, which will launch later this year to help high-growth companies with the potential to become globally competitive businesses.

Meanwhile, Endeavor Next will bring together experienced entrepreneurs building new ventures, allowing repeat founders to exchange ideas and validate business strategies through an invitation-only community.

Endeavor Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Linda Rottenberg said the Singapore hub is intended to provide founders with a global platform from which to expand.

“At Endeavor, we know incredible talent is not just in Silicon Valley or China, but elsewhere,” Ms. Rottenberg said.

“For entrepreneurs from Southeast Asia, expanding across borders too often means starting from scratch. Our Global Hub in Singapore gives founders from around the world a head start: a home base, a trusted network, and the right introductions to the people who can help them grow,” she added.

Singapore was selected for the regional hub because of its mature startup ecosystem and strong access to capital. The country ranks fourth globally in the 2026 Global Startup Ecosystem Index and is home to more than 4,500 technology startups, over 500 venture capital firms, and 220 incubators and accelerators.

According to Endeavor, Singapore accounted for more than 65% of Southeast Asia’s venture capital deal volume and over 72% of total deal value in 2025, while hosting more than 70 artificial intelligence centers of excellence.

EDB Managing Director Jermaine Loy said the partnership reinforces Singapore’s ambition to become a leading innovation center.

“Innovation-led companies will define the next chapter of global business growth,” Mr. Loy said. “This partnership with Endeavor builds on Singapore’s efforts to attract ambitious founders, while reinforcing our position as a leading global innovation hub.”

EnterpriseSG Managing Director Cindy Khoo said connecting founders with experienced entrepreneurs and investors would help startups navigate growth challenges and expand internationally.

Endeavor operates a global network of more than 3,000 entrepreneurs across over 50 countries, including founders behind more than 100 unicorn companies.
