DeepTalent Technologies launches AI
Representative Image New Delhi, July 13, 2026 — DeepTalent Technologies has launched EzRecruit. ai, an AI-powered “Agency Operating System” aimed at India’s estimated 60,000 recruitment consultants and placement agencies, most of whom currently rely on spreadsheets, WhatsApp and individual memory rather than dedicated software.Unlike conventional applicant tracking systems, which are typically built for corporate HR teams running a single hiring funnel, EzRecruit is designed around how consultancies actually work — managing multiple client mandates simultaneously. The platform uses AI across the recruitment cycle, from automated resume parsing to a conversational search tool that lets recruiters query their candidate database in plain language, alongside WhatsApp-based interview scheduling and real-time leadership dashboards.“We didn’t build EzRecruit to help agencies work harder. We built it to help them see and reduce the cost hidden inside every profile they submit,” said Richa Bajaj, Founder of DeepTalent Technologies. The company has seen adoption among agencies in India as well as early interest from recruitment consultants in the United States and Dubai. eSoft Labs, a Hyderabad-based recruitment and staffing firm, said the platform has improved delivery capacity and given leadership better visibility into performance.Get the latest technology news and updates.
