Canada's premiers are talking about U.S. President Donald Trump's latest tariff threat at their annual meeting this week. Ontario Premier Doug Ford suggests Canada use potash and oil as leverage against the threat. However, Alberta Premier Danielle Smith says oil won't be used as a retaliatory measure.
