Construction threatens World Cup watch parties at popular Montreal café
Café Vito in Mile End is a hotspot for World Cup watch parties — but the yearly tradition is uncertain this summer. On Monday, the City of Montreal plans to start construction on water service lines in front of the café. Its owners are asking the city to delay their plans.
