Canada continues World Cup prep at training camp
Some of Canada’s best soccer players are in Charlotte, N.C., where the national team is preparing for this summer’s FIFA World Cup. The group hit the field for its first full training session, only to see training interrupted by a lightning delay. Head coach Jesse Marsch says he still has time to evaluate players before choosing who will wear the Maple Leaf at the World Cup. (May 27, 2026)
