The program enables the province to nominate eligible candidates for Canadian permanent residence based on the BC PNP in-demand occupation list 2026, labour market and economic priorities.
Key streams under the program include Skilled Worker, Health Authority, and the Temporary Rural/Remote Health Support Initiative.
However, through the temporary rural/remote health support, BC invites up to 250 candidates, and registration for this initiative will close on August 31, 2026, at 11:59 pm.
