BBC's Global Affairs correspondent on the US and Iran deal
Pakistan, which has been mediating between the US and Iran, announced a deal to end hostilities on Sunday.
BBC's Sebastian Usher spoke about the agreement, which President Trump and Iran's deputy foreign minister Kazem Gharibabadi both commented on.
Pakistan's prime minister Shehbaz Sharif said the US and Iran will end "military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon". Lebanon and Israel have yet to comment.
The deal will be officially signed on Friday in Switzerland Sharif said, though the details of what it does and does not include aren't yet clear.
