What is Quebec's plan to curb rising rabies cases?
Since January, the province reported 126 cases of the disease — an increase compared to the 93 cases logged all of last year. Quebec's Environment Ministry says the exact cause of the spread is unclear, but it's taking steps to address it, including extending its ban on the transportation of wildlife.
