Travelgenix unveils next

Travelgenix has unveiled the latest evolution of its travel technology platform after welcoming more than 100 new travel business clients since the beginning of 2026. The growth has come from independent travel agencies, niche tour operators and group travel specialists seeking an affordable technology platform that combines online booking, live supplier connectivity and AI-powered tools.

The launch is supported by a new Travelgenix website designed to showcase the full capabilities of the platform and mark what the company describes as a “new era” for the business. Travelgenix now connects travel companies with more than 200 suppliers and provides over 100 plug-in widgets. Its technology supports the complete digital customer journey, from online inspiration and initial enquiry through to quotation and booking. The platform includes advanced bookable websites, live pricing and availability, supplier integrations, AI-powered quotation and marketing tools, and intelligent online chat. Travelgenix said its latest development has focused on making advanced travel technology more accessible to independent businesses without requiring significant development budgets or in-house technical expertise. Andy Speight, chief executive of Travelgenix, said: “The launch of our new website represents much more than a change to how Travelgenix looks. It brings to life the significant investment we have made in developing the platform and marks the beginning of our next phase.

“Online booking and AI are becoming fundamental to how travel businesses compete, but the technology must be practical, affordable and easy to implement. Independent agents and tour operators should be able to access powerful digital capabilities without taking on the cost and complexity of building their own technology. “We have developed Travelgenix as a flexible platform that can support different business models, from independent agencies to niche and group tour operators. More than 100 travel businesses have joined us this year alone, demonstrating the growing demand for technology that can evolve alongside them.” Travelgenix has integrated AI across several stages of the booking journey to help users manage enquiries, create and present quotations, support marketing activity and communicate with customers online. The technology is designed to automate repetitive processes and improve response times while enabling travel professionals to retain control of their brands, customer relationships and commercial strategies. Speight added: “AI is most valuable when it solves real commercial and operational challenges. Our focus is on using it to help travel businesses respond faster, reduce administration and convert more enquiries into bookings.

“We are continuing to develop the intelligence, connectivity and functionality within the platform. This is the next generation of Travelgenix, and we are only getting started.” The new Travelgenix website is available at www.travelgenix.io.
