This Critically Panned Family Dramedy Is The Top Movie On Hulu Right Now
“Ella McCay” is currently the top movie on Hulu, according to the streamer’s public ranking system.
The dysfunctional dramedy, which critics panned last year, follows an idealistic young politician (played by Emma Mackey) who struggles to juggle work life and family as she prepares to take over her mentor’s job as governor.
The film’s star-studded cast includes Jamie Lee Curtis, Jack Lowden, Kumail Nanjiani, Ayo Edebiri, Albert Brooks, Woody Harrelson, Spike Fearn, Rebecca Hall, Julie Kavner, Becky Ann Baker and Joey Brooks.

“If I Had Legs I’d Kick You” is the top movie on HBO Max right now.
The brutal psychological dramedy stars Oscar nominee Rose Byrne as Linda, an exhausted mother to a mysteriously ill child whose already fragile personal and professional life spirals further after the ceiling of her home caves in.
The cast also includes Conan O’Brien, A$AP Rocky, Danielle Macdonald, Delaney Quinn, Ivy Wolk, Daniel Zolghadri, Mark Stolzenberg and Ella Beatty.
“The Wrecking Crew” is currently the No. 1 movie on Prime Video.
The action comedy stars Jason Momoa and Dave Bautista as estranged half-brothers who are forced to reunite after their father’s peculiar death. The two set out to solve the mystery, uncovering a conspiracy that could tear their family apart, but they’re prepared to wreck anything that stands in their way.
Also starring in the movie are Claes Bang, Temuera Morrison, Jacob Batalon, Frankie Adams, Miyavi, Stephen Root, Morena Baccarin, Lydia Peckham, Roimata Fox, Branscombe Richmond, Maia Kealoha and Josua Tuivavalagi.
“Relationship Goals” is also a top movie on Prime Video right now.
The faith-based rom-com, inspired by the bestselling book of the same name, stars Kelly Rowland as TV producer Leah Caldwell, who’s aiming to become the first woman to run New York’s top morning show, until her charming ex (Clifford “Method Man” Smith) swoops in to compete for the same position. While she tries to stay focused on her career, their undeniable chemistry soon threatens to spark old flames.
The movie also stars Robin Thede, Annie Gonzalez, Dennis Haysbert, Matt Walsh and Ryan Jamaal Swain.
