Swan on railway line causing train delays
Rail services have been delayed due to a swan on the tracks.
Great Northern said the swan was on the line in the Peterborough area and as a result some lines were blocked.
No trains were able to run from Peterborough towards Hitchin in Hertfordshire for more than an hour.
Residual disruption is expected until 10:30 BST, Network Rail has said.
A statement on the Great Northern website read: "Network Rail's response staff are attending as quickly as possible to make sure the swan is removed and the railway is as secure as possible."
