Sbarro to roll out NCR Voyix POS and payment tech

Sbarro is expanding its long-standing partnership with NCR Voyix through a multiyear agreement to deploy Aloha Next point-of-sale technology and Voyix Pay payment solutions across nearly 300 corporate-owned and franchised restaurants in the U.S.

According to a news release, the technology will create a more unified environment for in-store and above-store operations, with centralized data management and greater operational visibility, consistency and resiliency.

"Sustainable growth at Sbarro requires a technology platform that can keep up with the pace of our business while making it easier to operate consistently across our restaurant network," David Karam, Chief Executive Officer, Sbarro, said in the release. "With Aloha Next, we're building on a long-standing partnership with NCR Voyix to simplify our technology environment, strengthen visibility across operations and give our teams greater agility as we continue to grow."
