'Russian threat' moves to the Arctic, Canadian Foreign Minister warns
"The Russian threat is moving further and further north towards the Arctic Circle. We need to be prepared at all times across various domains", Canada's Foreign Affairs Minister, Anita Anand, said in an interview with Euronews, referring to the purchase of 12 submarines.
