Ottawa Police searching for missing 51-year
The Ottawa Police Service is seeking public assistance locating a missing 51-year-old woman who was last seen Friday morning near Shepherds of Good Hope.
In a release, police described the missing woman — Kristine Lebrun — as a five-foot-three Indigenous woman with a medium to heavy build, and having long black hair with brown eyes.
According to the police, the woman was last seen wearing long pants, a long-sleeve shirt, jacket and carrying a green grocery bag with her belongings when she was last seen around the King Edward Avenue area.
Police say Lebrun also has a "black eye" on her right eye.
"If you see Kristine, please call 911 so she can receive immediate assistance," police said in the release.
The Ottawa Police ask anyone with information to call the Central Staff Sergeant's Desk at 613-236-1222, extension 5212.
