N.W.T. leaders make united pitch for federal investment
Some of the N.W.T.'s top political and Indigenous leaders are in Ottawa, making the pitch for more federal investment in the North. They say if Canada wants a stronger economy and a more secure Arctic, the North needs the infrastructure to make that happen.
