LVX, Nqbator sign pact to build India

Bengaluru: Sebi-regulated private markets platform LVX has signed an MoU with Dubai-based startup incubator Nqubator to build a cross-border bridge connecting founders and investors in India and the UAE.The partnership will include the launch of LVX Corridor, an initiative aimed at facilitating two-way movement of startups and capital between the two markets.Under the non-binding agreement, the organisations will work on mentorship and advisory programmes, joint events and demo days, and introductions among startups, investors and ecosystem partners. The initiative focuses on startups in digital commerce, retail technology, logistics, supply chain and the circular economy. It offers mentorship, corporate pilot opportunities and investor-readiness support. Startups that attract investor interest will be eligible for an investment opportunity of up to $1 million.LVX said the Corridor will initially help Indian startups access Dubai’s ecosystem, including regulatory navigation across Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), while providing a base for expansion into the wider Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) market. The initiative will also give GCC-based founders access to India’s investor and deal ecosystem. LVX plans to support investor education, syndicate structures and alternative investment fund (AIF) structures to help channel UAE private wealth into Indian startups. The initiative will be rolled out over 24 months, beginning with ecosystem entry and regulatory groundwork in the first six months. LVX expects to facilitate the first syndicated deals with UAE high-net-worth individuals and family offices by the 12th month, followed by a more institutionalised cross-border deal marketplace by the end of the second year. The partnership comes as startup funding in the MENA region reached a record $7.5 billion in 2025, according to LVX. The company said its India network includes more than 35,000 registered investors, over 5,000 AIF investors and 715 funded portfolio companies. Its AI platform, ELVIX, analyses deals across more than 320 data points.“It took us twelve years to build the infrastructure that turns Indian wealth into startup capital—the deal flow, the syndication, the investor education, and now an AI layer that scores every deal,” said Shanti Mohan, founder and CEO, LVX. “The UAE has the capital and the founders; what’s been missing is the infrastructure connecting the two.”Sultan Rashed Ali Lootah, chairman, Nqubator, said the partnership would connect Dubai’s digital commerce ecosystem with global innovation hubs, with LVX’s private-markets expertise and India network supporting relationships across founders, corporates and investors.Get the latest Business News and Live updates.
