Louise Arbour sworn
Louise Arbour has been sworn-in as Canada's 31st governor general. The ceremony took place in Ottawa Monday morning. Among those attending were outgoing Governor General Mary Simon and Prime Minister Mark Carney. The former superior court justice delivered her first address to the nation and outlined her priorities as she stepped into her new role. David Akin reports.
