Lancom Technology gains Great Place to Work tick

Accreditation based on independently validated employee feedback.

Australia and New Zealand managed service provider Lancom Technology has attained Great Place to Work accreditation which it says will strengthen its appeal as a preferred employer.

The achievement is a reflection of Lancom Technology’s inclusive workplace culture where talent is encouraged to thrive – at a time when competition for technology talent is real, said CEO Priscila Bernardes.

“Our values are the cornerstone of our approach to culture, and those values are continuous learning, being curious, and humbly confident,” she said.

“While we’ve always been humbly confident that we are a destination for growth, securing external validation is a satisfying confirmation.”

In addition to career growth pathways and a flexible work approach, the company offers full-covered healthcare insurance, funding for industry certifications and courses earned by its people and gives each individual the day off on their birthday, Bernardes said.

Employees also have access to negotiated pricing from the company’s technology partners.

The certification is awarded by workplace culture authority Great Place to Work and is the result of a formal accreditation process based on independently validated employee feedback.

Great Place to Work gathers insights through its Trust Index survey, measures employee sentiment across dimensions including trust in leadership, workplace culture, and overall experience.

These factors combine to form a comprehensive picture of organisational health and employee experience, with benchmarking against global standards used to determine eligibility for certification.

“We take immense pride in the fact that [the] accreditation is grounded in direct employee feedback rather than employer submissions,” Bernardes said.

Taking part in the Best Place to Work programme reflected Lancom’s focus on continuous improvement and organisational development, Bernardes added.

“Our people are our differentiator, and we take pride in investing in training and certification for individuals, creating an appealing office environment, being approachable as individuals, and providing benefits that matter and make for a more comfortable experience,” she said.

“We’ve always felt that we are a great place to work. Now we have the external validation to confirm it.”
