Keepital selects six promising startups to bring to WOCEE 2026

Keepital Philippines will host a dedicated Startup Pavilion at the upcoming World of Consumer Electronics Expo (WOCEE) from Aug. 5 to 8 at the SMX Convention Center Manila.

The WOCEE, the Philippines’ most significant gathering of technology companies, manufacturers, and industry decision-makers, returns with more than 33,200 expected visitors, over 110 exhibitors, and 15,000 square meters of exhibit space.

Under the dedicated Startup Pavilion, Keepital is bringing six carefully selected startups to the WOCEE floor and providing each one a curated platform to present their products, connect with buyers and investors, and reach the scale they deserve.

Anchoring the pavilion exhibit is the Ateneo Intellectual Property Office (AIPO), an institution from Ateneo de Manila University focused on technology transfer, commercialization, and startup development. Joining the academic unit are participating startups covering various software and digital service sectors, including enterprise automation, accessibility, marketing, healthcare, and customer engagement.

Among the participating startups is KLARO, a developer of an optical character recognition platform designed for agricultural cooperatives and small businesses transitioning away from manual record-keeping. The system digitizes physical logbooks within 30 seconds to provide agri-terminals and consolidation hubs real-time tracking of transaction volumes, buyer accounts, and payment statuses, with current deployments including the Nueva Vizcaya Agricultural Terminal. Also participating is a11y media, an assistive media startup selected for the Real Madrid Next Accelerator that operates an accessible content repository hosting sign language videos, audio descriptions, and captions for deaf and hard-of-hearing users.

The pavilion will also feature service-oriented platforms, including Domantay Consulting, a digital public relations and communications agency offering strategic media outreach for technology companies; and Vaura, an artificial intelligence content generation engine designed for high-volume enterprise marketing production.

Healthcare and retail software solutions will complete the showcase through BetterClinic and SOFI AI. BetterClinic produces a mobile-based ambient scribe platform that transcribes medical consultations in real time to generate clinical notes, medical certificates, and diagnostic coding without requiring complex electronic health record integration. SOFI AI, a participant in the NVIDIA Inception Program, provides small and medium enterprises with automated social media sales and customer service integration across platforms like Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and Telegram.

The Startup Pavilion is a deliberate cross-section of where Philippine technology is heading. AI applied to agriculture, healthcare, customer engagement, brand communications, workforce development, and the infrastructure beneath all of it.
