India politics: Central investigation agency charges 13 people for exam paper leak
India’s top federal investigative agency has filed formal charges against 13 people for the 2026 medical entrance examination paper leak. The charges were filed as the lower house of Parliament passed a bill to strengthen penalties for exam leaks despite opposition protests. The legislation moves to the upper house before requiring presidential approval to become law. Ishan Garg reports from New Delhi.
