Cinisello Balsamo, September 29, 2026. Icona Technology S.p.A. ("Icona Technology" or the "Company") (ISIN IT0005465528 - ticker: CARE), an international scale-up dedicated to advancing the digital transformation of after-sales services, today released its revenues for the first half of 2026, with reference to the 2 operating companies: Icona Srl and Explan Consulting Srl.

Regarding Icona, as of June 30, 2026, revenues amounted to €1.060.251, up 3% compared to the same period of the previous year. Growth in Deskoala and the first revenues from Sophia AI Enterprise more than offset the decline in Service Qube and Acty, while Livecare Support remained broadly stable.

Service Qube revenues decreased by 35%, reflecting a lower contribution from resales and the prevalence of multi-year projects. Nevertheless, the number of deals closed in the semester increased compared to the previous year, with the multi-year nature of the projects affecting the timing of their contribution to revenues.

Acty recorded a 13% decline, reflecting a high customer churn rate and lower interest in AR technologies. A slight recovery in interest in smart glasses was not sufficient to maintain revenues at 2025 levels. Livecare Support remained broadly stable at €421.846, confirming its role as a solid base of recurring revenues.

Deskoala grew by 46%, supported by Service Qube projects and technological improvements to the product. Sophia AI Enterprise generated revenues of €76.046, compared to no revenues in the first half of 2025, showing the first positive signs of market traction.

Order intake in the semester increased by 42% compared to the same period of 2025, an increase of €362.000 in absolute terms. The impact on revenues is not yet fully evident, due to the multi-year nature of the licences, particularly those linked to Service Qube projects.

Regarding Explan, as of June 30, 2026, revenues amounted to €616.878, up 10% compared to the same period of the previous year. The revenue mix shifted towards Plangei and IT services and support, which grew by 49% and 11%, respectively. Plangei benefited from three new customers acquired in the first months of the year. Plancom revenues declined by 40%, reflecting larger individual sales that are unevenly distributed during the year. A Plancom order of approximately €50.000 was received in June 2026, with invoicing expected in the following months; its value almost offsets the decline recorded in the first half.

Explan's revenues are generated entirely in the Italian market.
