Haibot releases artificial intelligence agent to automate sales knowledge retrieval

The software integrates with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Bitrix24 to answer natural-language queries about deal data, product pricing and service terms without requiring users to navigate multiple systems

Haibot, a software developer specializing in artificial intelligence automation, has released the Sales Knowledge Agent, a module that allows account managers and sales executives to query corporate data using natural language. The system operates entirely within Microsoft Teams, a business communication platform, allowing users to ask questions and receive answers without opening external customer relationship management applications or document repositories.

The agent unifies live deal data from Bitrix24, a workspace and CRM software, with curated sales resources hosted in Microsoft SharePoint, a document management and storage system. The software addresses a structural information retrieval problem in corporate sales departments, where data is often scattered across multiple systems. Because CRM platforms house transactional data while product pricing, service level agreement terms and company policies reside in shared drives or internal wikis, sales representatives lose selling time searching for information.

By consolidating this retrieval process, the Sales Knowledge Agent allows a representative to type a question into Teams, such as asking for the current status of a specific deal or inquiring about managed services terms. The system returns a direct answer by pulling data from both the transactional CRM records and the broader organizational knowledge base stored in SharePoint.

To maintain security and governance, the agent validates user identity against an authorized access list during every interaction. When deployed alongside Haibot’s Sales Dashboard module, the system automatically enforces role-based access controls. This protocol ensures account managers can only query information regarding their own targets and deals, while executives maintain visibility across the entire sales pipeline.

System administrators manage the knowledge base by uploading new or updated resources to a designated SharePoint document library, which the agent automatically incorporates into its response set. The software logs every interaction for audit purposes and integrates with Freshservice, an IT service management platform, to track and resolve system exceptions or errors.

While the module launches with a native integration for Bitrix24, the connector architecture supports expansion. Haibot can build custom connectors for organizations running Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM platforms with API support. The company intends for organizations to expand the agent's capabilities by continually adding resource categories, such as competitive intelligence and case studies, to the underlying content library.
