Formal complaint made about Metro Vancouver CAO's action

Surrey City Councillor and Metro Vancouver Board member Pardeep Kooner has filed a formal complaint about Metro Vancouver Chief Administrative Officer Jerry Dobrovolny's action in suspending and replacing the organization's Chief Financial Officer last year. Catherine Urquhart reports.
