Banon Shay, a director and Chief Technology Officer, sold ordinary shares of Elastic. The sales were executed on 2026-09-03 and 2026-09-04 at weighted average prices per transaction ranging from $92.3898 to $95.0601 and with reported weighted averages for individual lots (see Form 4 footnotes). The total proceeds from the reported sales were $26,628,993. Following the reported transactions, Banon Shay directly owns 4,156,557 ordinary shares and indirectly owns 1,554,978 ordinary shares held by a fund for a joint account for the reporting person’s three minor children.
