Economic info at your fingertips: ConstructConnect launches Canadian Construction Economy Snapshot
ConstructConnect has just launched the Canadian Construction Economy Snapshot, a new monthly report on the country’s construction market and the trends behind it.
Each month, we’ll break down construction starts data across the nonresidential building, civil and residential sectors, both nationally and provincially.
The report will also include starts data down to the subcategory level, covering sectors like power infrastructure, hospitals and clinics, and manufacturing for a clearer picture of where construction activity is materializing.
Each release will also include commentary from ConstructConnect’s economics team, explaining what’s behind that month’s numbers and trends.
This could include construction employment and wage data, industry events like the recent Canada Investment Summit, major projects reaching groundbreaking, or any other significant trend shaping the construction economy.
