Crown Prince chairs National Council for Future Technology meeting - Fana News -
Amman, Sept. 8 (Petra) — His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II on Tuesday chaired a regular meeting of the National Council for Future Technology, during which he reviewed the council’s plans and ongoing projects.
During the meeting, attended by Prime Minister Jafar Hassan, who is chairman of the council, the Crown Prince was briefed on the progress of the ‘Sanad for Business’ application.
His Royal Highness stressed the need to ensure the services needed by Jordanian businesspeople and citizens are provided on the app, and that it is fully operational prior to its launch, in coordination with all relevant entities.
The Crown Prince highlighted the importance of continuing to work on developing the Sanad application and addressing any feedback.
The meeting also touched on e-payments, with His Royal Highness noting the need to expand its procedures to facilitate citizens’ transactions, particularly those related to government services.
