The Harvey B. Gantt Center hosts Art After Dark: Claiming Your Throne, an evening celebrating the creativity, leadership, and cultural influence of Black women during Women’s History Month. Inspired by the museum’s exhibition In Pursuit of Home, the event features live jazz, hip-hop, and R&B performances, a vendor marketplace highlighting Black women–owned businesses, interactive experiences, and hands-on art workshops. The Queen Charlotte Carnival returns for nearly two weeks of rides, games, food, and family fun. Rich & Bennett’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl returns to Charlotte for its 24th year, bringing thousands of participants together for one of the city’s largest holiday celebrations. The event spans more than 40 participating bars and venues across Uptown and South End, with drink specials, themed merchandise, and entertainment throughout the day.
