City of Surrey cracks down on unpermitted construction
The City of Surrey is cracking down on unpermitted construction, this time targeting three homes where it says major additions were built without approval. As Travis Prasad reports, one of the homeowners is defending his decision to continue the build so he could earn revenue from rent to pay his taxes.
