Canada-U.S. tensions are simmering in the aftermath of both countries failing to reach a trade deal and threatening new tariffs against each other. As Mackenzie Gray reports, U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick is accusing Prime Minister Mark Carney of imploding a deal for political leverage.
