Canadian community leaders gather in Edmonton to discuss climate action
Edmonton played host to the 'Elbows Up for Climate' summit on June 4, drawing municipal leaders from across Canada to discuss the effects of climate change. As the CBC's Sam Brooks reports, they're taking aim at the federal government, asking them to do more to help.
