Canada 'can't keep rolling over' for Trump: Ford on U.S. tariff threats
Ontario Premier Doug Ford says Canada can't keep 'rolling over for Donald Trump.' Ford made the comments Wednesday at the premiers' summer meeting in Charlottetown, where reporters asked him about the U.S. President's looming tariff threats. His comments came after Trump announced a 50 per cent tariff on a wide range of Canadian exports, and amid disagreements between Canada and the U.S. over how to split revenue from the Gordie Howe Bridge.
