Call to review investigation of B.C. woman's death
The mother of Tatyanna Harrison and advocacy groups are calling for an evaluation into the handling of the investigation into her 2022 death. Her body was found on a drydocked yacht in Richmond, B.C., and the groups say that while she was naked from the waist down, RCMP did not deem the death suspicious. A jury at the inquest into her death made eight recommendations last week, including that police receive adequate training in missing persons investigations. (July 13, 2026)
