AngelNV Opens 2026 Entrepreneur Bootcamp With $400,000 Startup Investment Opportunity
AngelNV is launching the seventh year of its Entrepreneur Due Diligence Bootcamp on October 13, offering Nevada startup founders free training on raising venture capital and a chance to compete for a $400,000 investment.
The program is operated by StartUpNV, a statewide nonprofit startup incubator and accelerator focused on supporting scalable Nevada-based companies.
StartUpNV expects more than 100 entrepreneurs to participate in this year’s AngelNV program.
The free bootcamp will run every Tuesday from October 13 through November 17, with sessions scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Classes will be held at the International Innovation Center at 300 S. 4th Street in downtown Las Vegas.
Entrepreneurs who cannot attend in person will also be able to participate virtually through Zoom.
The sessions will additionally be archived online on YouTube, allowing founders who register later in the program to review previous classes on demand.
AngelNV’s curriculum is structured around helping founders understand the process of preparing a company for outside investment.
Participants will learn about perfecting an investor pitch, conducting market research and developing a pitch deck intended to attract potential investors.
Additional topics include business model development, evaluating market opportunities and common legal issues encountered by startups.
The educational portion of AngelNV is separate from the program’s investment process.
After completing the bootcamp, entrepreneurs can apply for AngelNV funding through a separate registration process.
One participating startup is expected to receive a $400,000 investment.
The investment will combine capital from accredited angel investors participating in the AngelNV Conference Fund with matching capital from the State Small Business Credit Initiative.
AngelNV has invested in 15 Nevada-based startups since the program began in 2020.
During last year’s program, two companies received investments at the AngelNV finale.
Regara received the grand prize, consisting of $200,000 from AngelNV and an additional $200,000 SSBCI match, bringing its total investment to $400,000.
First runner-up RevReply received a combined $200,000 from AngelNV and SSBCI funding.
AngelNV is part of a broader StartUpNV ecosystem designed to connect Nevada entrepreneurs with education, mentorship and capital.
StartUpNV also operates FundNV and the newer 1864 seed fund to provide additional sources of local venture funding.
Since its founding in 2017, StartUpNV has heard pitches from more than 1,500 startups and held more than 400 educational events.
Companies within its ecosystem have raised nearly $100 million in venture capital across more than 75 businesses.
The 2026 AngelNV program extends that model by combining an investor-readiness curriculum with the possibility of direct startup financing, giving founders an opportunity to strengthen their businesses before seeking capital from participating angel investors.
